Appointments & prices further down this page are for Emma's Mansfield clinic only.
If this is your first appointment, please ensure you fill out the client form (in your confirmation email), ideally at least 24 hours beforehand,
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of booking, please contact Emma via the links below. (Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response during busy periods.)

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will be entitled to a refund/transfer of payment to a future appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be able to receive a refund or have the payment transferred over to a future appointment.
To cancel, contact Emma directly or click "cancel appointment" at the end of your confirmation email.

Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions. This will also be asked to confirm on the form.
Spotlight Massage & Recovery is a sports therapy clinic that also offers spa experience appointments. Spa appointments include sports massage therapy with extra techniques added for the treatments. This includes hot stone massage & Indian head massage appointments.
Emma does not provide "relaxing, gentle massage", strictly sports massage techniques only.

What to wear

If you are having an upper body massage Emma will ideally need to have access to both your upper and lower back. If you normally wear a bra, you can leave it on and she can unclip it to do the massage or you can remove it, whichever you feel most comfortable with.
For a lower body massage it is recommended to wear shorts. For a full body massage, the same applies and a towel will be used to cover the areas Emma is not working on.

(Wearing shorts or underwear at a minimum is compulsory for appointments. If a client does not agree with this, does not comply with this rule or makes any kind of suggestive comments around this subject, the appointment will be cancelled/stopped and refunds may not be given).

Mondays: 10:00 - 19:00 (fortnightly)

Tuesdays: 12:00 - 19:30

Thursdays: 09:30 - 19:30

Fridays: 09:30 - 19:30

Saturdays : 09:30 - 15:00

Please note: Opening hours can vary slightly week to week, and hours will be extended when possible. Keep an eye out for extra appointments that may become available!
