Emma studied at the University of Derby & Nottingham Trent University for her degree in Sports & Exercise Science (2018-21), then progressed onto her Master's degree at University College London in Performing Arts Medicine (2021-22), making her a performing arts specialist.

Sports massage is aimed at those who may be suffering with muscular tightness, aches, pain and/or discomfort. Not just for those who are involved with sports & exercise ... we can all benefit from a sports massage!

Involves massage & manipulation of all the areas that help with production of the voice. Aimed at those who are working towards optimum voice health and function. This treatment is also suitable to receive alongside vocal coaching &/or speech therapy.
